This admission does not mean the candidate dossier is complete and never makes individual or project-fit scores current. Old portfolio-only scores remain visible as history but cannot be queued, retried, re-evaluated or used for ranking. Current AI is available only after the strict complete dossier is bound to the current project.

This lane assesses claimed role alignment and captured communication. For receipt-admitted catalog contacts it also uses a provider-safe subset of the latest identity-bound reconciliation facts. Linked media itself is evaluated only by the separate media-craft lane. Commercial data remains a factual price comparison and does not score quality. No AI result creates a hire or reject decision.

Source research only. Viewing or filtering this catalog does not create a candidate, role, review request, or provider job. The default view is the current active contacted working pool; discovery records outside it remain available through the filter. Every row keeps the frozen workbook facts and also shows the latest exact identity-bound reconciliation when one exists. “Complete portfolio” still means all three workbook example fields are populated in the frozen filter state; the row additionally reports effective completion after reconciliation. Neither state claims that evidence was imported; it is not necessarily ready for AI evaluation.

Reply timing uses only comparable exact captured message timestamps. Dormant 14+ day rows are hidden from the actionable view, remain available through Reply timing, and are never deleted. Imprecise message times are not aged or hidden.
